Sit tall without being nagged.
Pillar reads head and neck position from the motion sensors in your AirPods and tells you, quietly, when you slouch. No camera. No wearable to buy. No photo of you.

How it works
- Put your AirPods in and start a session — open-ended, or a Pomodoro focus/break block.
- Pillar measures your own tall and slouched angles once, so the threshold is yours and not an average.
- While you work it watches head pitch and nudges you with a haptic or a soft cue when your head drops forward and stays there. The nudge stops the moment you straighten.
- At the end you get a score for the session, and over weeks the trend and one pattern worth acting on.
Private by design
- Head-position data is read and analysed on your iPhone. Raw motion never leaves the device.
- No camera, no microphone recording, no account, no password.
- Your session history lives in local app storage and you can wipe it from the app at any time.

Requirements
An iPhone running iOS 18.5 or later, and AirPods with motion sensors — AirPods Pro (1st or 2nd generation), AirPods (3rd generation) or AirPods Max. Motion & Fitness permission is needed for head tracking; the app opens and works without it, but it cannot measure your posture.
